Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Warden platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Warden, you agree to these terms. If you use Warden on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
2. What Warden does
Warden runs automated, non-destructive security testing against web domains you own and have verified, and reports findings with remediation guidance. Warden does not guarantee it will find every vulnerability, and a clean report is not a guarantee that a site is secure.
3. Your account and billing
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Paid plans begin at subscription and renew until cancelled. Prices, included domains, and scan limits are shown on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You may only scan domains you own or are explicitly authorised to test. You must not use Warden to attack, overload, or gain unauthorised access to systems you do not control. We may suspend accounts that breach this rule.
5. Service availability and changes
We work to keep Warden available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Warden is provided on an as-is basis, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
